We recommend consuming a maximum of 1 cup of coffee per day and increasing the amount of water per cup of coffee.

Mucus or blood in the stool may be associated with gastrointestinal disorders. We recommend consulting a doctor for further tests.

Bloating and flatulence can be reduced by daily exercise, proper chewing of food, regular and slow eating, and decreasing your intake of sugary foods.

We recommend walking for at least 30 minutes every day and doing strength training 3 times a week.

Added sugars in your food should not exceed 10% of the recommended daily calorie intake.

We recommend drinking 1.5–2 litres of water daily.

Fibre is the best source of food for our gut bacteria. Consuming a variety of fibres promotes the development of a diverse microbial community, which in turn ensures a strong and stable immune system.

A diet that is excessively high in protein and fat increases the amount of bile in the gut, which can kill off many beneficial bile-sensitive bacteria.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a serious bowel disease in which the mucus membrane protecting the intestinal epithelium is damaged and ulcerous.

The integrity of your intestinal barrier indicates how well your immune system is functioning. 

A sufficiently strong protective lining of the intestine prevents harmful pathogens, toxins, and other contaminants from entering the bloodstream.

Some types of bacteria are needed in your microbiome community because they help restore the mucus membrane that protects the inside of the gut and boost the integrity of the intestinal barrier.

Overweight and obesity are strongly linked to the microbiome. The microbiome community of overweight individuals has been found to differ from that of people with normal body weight.

The link here is a two-way road where a high-calorie but low-nutrient diet and lack of exercise promote the growth of bacteria that contribute to obesity and weight gain.

Probiotic bacteria have health-promoting properties. They help maintain digestive health, support the immune system and metabolism, protect against inflammatory bacteria, produce vitamins (K2, B12, B9), promote nutrient uptake, and more besides.

 Soovituslik on jalutada iga päev vähemalt 30 minutit. Kardiotreeningut on kasulik harrastada 150 min nädalas (keskmise intensiivsusega treening) kui intensiivsem treening siis 75 min nädalas. Jõutreeningut on kasulik harrastada 3 korda nädalas. Hea reegel on see, et nädala jooksul treenida kõiki lihasgruppe.

Folate (folic acid) is a water-soluble B-group vitamin, which, along with vitamin B12, is necessary for the production of nucleic acids and amino acids, for the normal metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates and for cell regeneration and damage prevention. Folate deficiency is manifested by the development of anaemia, which may be accompanied by neurological, mental and sensory disorders. In the event of folate deficiency during the first trimester of a pregnancy, there is a risk of developmental disorders of the foetus.

The general leukocyte count and leukogram help to evaluate the condition of the immune system and identify any inflammatory processes.
